SMA_RT is a real-time mainframe intrusion detection, SIEM agent, and log event processing product for z/OS. The acquisition was completed on May 15, 2017. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
SMA_RT (Security Monitor Alerts – Real Time) is a renowned, patented z/OS security offering that was the first SIEM agent for IBM z/OS.
